Booking Fees & Payments

All deposits and booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including COVID-19 related reasons.

Cancellations made on the day of your scheduled course or treatment will result in the forfeiture of 100% of all payments made.

Course Transfers & Cancellations

Should you wish to reschedule your course after booking, a transfer fee of £250 will apply. All transfer requests are subject to prior approval by Paige.

We require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for any cancellation. This allows us sufficient time to offer the space to another student. Please note that we do not permit course transfers or rescheduling within 14 days of the course start date.

In the case of a genuine emergency (supporting evidence will be required), any payments made may be credited to your account and must be used within one month. A £250 transfer fee will still apply.

Attendance & Professional Standards

Students are expected to present themselves in a professional manner, with hair tied back and appropriate attire worn.

Any student arriving more than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be permitted to join the session, as late arrivals are disruptive to the learning environment.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional atmosphere. Any form of inappropriate behaviour or abuse towards staff, clients, or fellow students will not be tolerated. Individuals engaging in such behaviour will be required to leave the premises immediately. No refund will be given. Certification will not be issued, and access to future courses will be permanently withdrawn.

Course Structure & Qualification Requirements

This course has been designed to provide you with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to safely and competently administer anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers to a high professional standard.

Blown Aesthetics is dedicated to delivering comprehensive training, including:

• In-depth anatomy and physiology

• Advanced product knowledge

• Safe injectable techniques

• Complication management and correction

• Practical, hands-on experience within our academy

The guided learning component requires approximately 35 hours of home study. Completion of all modules is mandatory.

All assignments and case studies must be completed and approved before students are permitted to perform injectable treatments or receive certification.

Practical Training & Intellectual Property

Live models are provided for practical training sessions. However, in certain circumstances, students may be asked to arrange their own model.

All course materials, manuals, techniques, images, branding, and logos remain the intellectual property of Blown Aesthetics. These materials must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for teaching, marketing, or advertising purposes without prior written consent.

Post-Course Support & Ongoing Competency

We offer complimentary a refresher day for students who feel they require additional support following course completion, up to 3 months following your course.

However, if we believe a student is not practising safely or confidently, we reserve the right to require them to cease treatments and re-attend the course. Re-enrolment will be offered at a 50% discounted rate.
