Take your qualifications and knowledge to the next level with our VTCT Skills (ITEC) Level 6 Advanced Aesthetics Pathway.

Designed for practitioners aged 18 and over, this regulated pathway allows you to develop your knowledge, practical skills and competency across Levels 4, 5 and 6, without having to complete Level 4 and Level 5 as separate qualifications before progressing to Level 6.

If you hold the relevant Level 3 qualification, including the Level 3 Certificate in Access to Aesthetic Therapies, you can progress onto this pathway and work towards your advanced Level 6 qualifications.

VTCT Skills (ITEC) Level 6 Certificate in Advanced Chemical Skin Peeling

Develop advanced knowledge and practical competency in chemical skin peeling, progressing through the treatment requirements associated with Levels 4, 5 and 6.

VTCT Skills (ITEC) Level 6 Certificate in Advanced Skin Needling

Develop your theoretical knowledge and practical competency in advanced skin needling, with treatments and assessments progressing through Levels 4, 5 and 6.

VTCT Skills (ITEC) Level 6 Award in Mesotherapy Treatments

Mesotherapy can be completed alongside your Level 6 pathway, allowing you to develop additional advanced treatment skills while working towards your Skin Needling and Chemical Skin Peeling qualifications.

You will build your knowledge and practical competency progressively throughout the programme, completing the required theory, practical training, case studies, assessments and examinations.

Entry Requirements

Learners must be 18 years or over and hold an appropriate Level 3 qualification that meets the entry requirements for the pathway.

This can include:

Level 3 Certificate in Access to Aesthetic Therapies

Your Level 3 provides the foundation required to progress onto our Level 6 pathway. You do not need to complete separate Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications before beginning the pathway, as the programme develops your knowledge and practical competency through Levels 4, 5 and 6.

How the Pathway Works

This is not a short CPD course. It is a structured regulated qualification pathway designed to develop both your theoretical knowledge and practical competency.

During your programme, you will complete a combination of:
